Intro to Pilates - 456101

Pilates is much more than a list of exercises. It is a way of connecting and conditioning the whole body. Pilates strengthens all the muscles and helps to develop visible changes in posture, balance, muscle awareness, and muscular strength. Add your mind to your body workout, and learn the basics of the Pilates movements.

If the minimum registration is not reached for a particular session that session will be canceled, if the minimum participation requirements are fulfilled there is a $12 drop in fee available for anyone who is not registered for that session

This Yoga class is for all levels except the first timer. You should have some exposure to Yoga in order to enjoy this class. If you have had a lot of experience you will also be fulfilled by this class.

6-Week SMART Goals Challenge
This is not a competition, it's a journey and it's time to start SMART!
This 6-week challenge is created for people who want to lose 10-15lbs, but is open to anyone willing to make SMART goals! Registration is limited.
The program begins with a meeting with a personal trainer to set SMART goals: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely!
You will be able to attend 2 classes of your choice and meet with your trainer weekly to track weight, exercise and diet. Your new active lifestyle starts now!

Package includes:

  • Initial Body Composition Analysis, Assessment and Diet Discussion

  • 1-on-1 Weekly Personal Training and Diet Tracking times and days TBD with trainer

  • 2 Fitness Classes of choice per week

  • Weekend Social Hikes and Bootcamps


  • Start Up Meeting is September 10th at 6pm
